About me

I'm currently a PhD scholar of Psychology and a Transactional Analysis ( TA) Psychotherapist (under supervision) based in Bengaluru, India. With over four years (and counting) of training in TA, I hold a diploma from the South Asian Association of Transactional Analysis.

I completed my Masters in Psychology from Montfort College, Bengaluru. Before opening my private practice in 2023, I was an Assistant Professor (UGC-NET) of Psychology at Montfort College & a Psycho educator with Muktha Foundation.

At present, I collaborate with education consultants to assist students with their research and publication journey. I've also facilitated a few workshops on understanding the research process.

My PhD work and role as a psycho-educator revolve around issues of intimate partner violence, dating violence, bullying, child sexual abuse and suicide prevention. I've conducted more than 30 workshops all over India to raise awareness in these areas.

In my therapy practice, I have experience in working with anxiety, depression, relationship issues and so on. The framework I use is primarily TA, but also incorporate other modalities like CBT or Gestalt as needed.

On a more personal note, you should know that I absolutely adore my cats and plants! 😄
